In centre is a horse and cart parked by kerb, with one teenager to left of horse in a long coat and wellingtons (probably one of Mason family, Sean Heuston Place); to right of horse a younger boy in a jacket. Feathery Burke's shop on corner on right side of High St., on left name only parly visible, .. urley/ Victualler. Cars parked down High Street and that part of Cornmarket Row which is visible. Street and pavements wet with rain.
