St Mary's Park Regeneration

 Tom McNamara and Partners Ltd, Gort Rd., Ennis, Co Clare (part of the Erinaceous Group) have been appointed as the Consultants to devise a Strategy for the Regeneration of St Marys Park.

Residents of St Marys Park have been written to informing them of this and that the Strategy is to be presented to Limerick City Council for consideration by early Autumn.The Consultants will be liasing and meeting with residents and local community groups in the coming weeks to ascertain their views on what they feel should be included in the Strategy.

A Steering Group chaired by the City Manager and including Representatives of the Consultants,the Department of the Environment, Housing and Planning Officials of Limerick City Council has also been established to oversee the progression of the strategy.
