Joining the library
Membership of the library is FREE!
To join all you need to do is bring some form of identification that has your name and address on it, e.g. Driving Licence, E.S.B. Bill, Bank Statement etc., with you to the library. Children and secondary school students must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian when joining. Membersip is valid for one year from date of registration and needs to be renewed annually.
Loan Period
Items can be borrowed for two weeks and can be renewed for longer if not required by another user. Items can be renewed by telephone or over the Internet by logging on to www.limerick.ie and selecting the City Library and then clicking on the "search library catalogue" icon. To renew online you must first have a pin number assigned to you, to get your pin number just ask a member of staff at the library desk.

Adults can borrow up to 6 books at a timeSecondary School Students can also borrow up to 6 books at a timeChildren can borrow up to 4 books at a time
Don't forget that you must bring your library card with you when you are coming to the library to borrow books!
Internet Access
Computer facilities and Internet access are available free of charge to current library members. Children and secondary school students, who are library members, are welcome to use the computer facilities here in Roxboro. However, they must either be accompanied by an adult or have a Computer Consent Form signed. The Computer Consent Form must be signed by their parent/ guardian in the presence of a library staff member.
